Change of Mind
If you order has not yet shipped, but you have a change of mind or would like to cancel the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once our customer service team receive your request, we will help you with the change or process refund of the amount you paid for the goods.
If the order is shipped and you no longer need the product, simply return your purchase within 14 days from delivery date with unopened original packaging. Please email email@example.com with your order number and photo proof of good in condition to receive your return authorization. Under this scenario, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choice by registered post and inform us the tracking number once you shipped back the item. We will process refund as soon as our warehouse receive the item(s) back from you and examined the condition. An email confirmation of refund will be sent to all the refund recipients.
Reminder: Please note that buyer must take reasonable care to make sure the item is received by us and does not damaged in transit.
Defect & Damage
For item in your order is defective or damaged in shipping, please kindly take pictures or videos of the product and tell us where you think it's flawed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of delivery with digital proofs and order number. We will start an investigation once we hear from you. You'll get a refund once we confirm it's a defect. The shipping fee, if any, won't be refunded.
The defective product becomes nonrefundable after 5 business days, starting from the day you receive the product.Reminder: We do not accept any returns and exchange after 14 days from delivery date. Please try to contact us ASAP if you have any issue regarding your order.
